How credits work

One simple pool covers both traffic and AI. Bigger models cost a little more per view because they use more bandwidth — so you only pay for what you actually serve.

What is a credit?

Credits meter usage. A model view costs 1–3 credits depending on file size (under 10 MB is 1 credit), and each AI assistant session costs 1 credit. Your monthly allowance resets every billing period.

Do I pay for the AI assistant's usage?

The voice AI runs on your own provider keys (OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs, and others), so you're billed directly by them for tokens and audio. AIV only counts one credit per session.

What counts as a project?

One uploaded 3D model with its settings, hotspots, actions, and embed. Models can be up to 50 MB; we compress them automatically for faster loading.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Your existing projects and data are never affected, and changes take effect from the next billing period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Live embeds keep working — views are never cut off mid-month. You'll be prompted to upgrade or add a top-up if you consistently exceed your allowance.
